Thanks to Rory Perry, the West Virginia Supreme Court publishes its opinions in outline form :-) Outlines have always been popular with lawyers, they are ideal for presenting intricate legal opinions in a simple way.

Rory has done a great job of customizing activeRenderer's default CSS stylesheet and template to better fit the overall style of the Supreme Court's site.
